Style: Vinyasa/Hatha(Slow Flow) + Gentle Hatha

This yoga class will allow you to leave the stress of your day outside the studio and transition into the rest of your day. The perfect blend of effort & relaxation, this class is for all levels. Start your weekend right with a gentle morning yoga class. Ease into your body, gently stretch it out and release any tension that may have built up during your week. Join Jillian Aligned for this all-levels yoga class to slowly wake up your body and improve your mental and physical mobility.
